Not if we don't have to. If your furnace or AC can be fixed safely and it's the smarter move for your money, that's exactly what we'll do. We only bring up replacement when a repair genuinely isn't the right call — and we'll explain why.
There's a diagnostic fee that covers the tech's time and trip. If you move forward with the repair we recommend, it's credited toward the job.
